A supportive, structured setting for both partners to be heard and to repair trust.
Services
Couples Therapy
Structured sessions to work through conflict, strengthen communication, and rebuild connection as a team.
What this looks like
What we do
Practical communication skills you can use outside of session, not just talking-points for the room.
Collaborative work on recurring conflict patterns, parenting disagreements, and life transitions.
Sessions available in-person in Broward County or virtually by secure telehealth, in English or Spanish.
Scope of care
What we don't do
This is not mediation or legal services related to divorce, separation, or custody arrangements.
This is not a substitute for individual crisis care — if one partner is in crisis, call or text 988 or seek emergency care.
Couples work is collaborative and requires both partners’ willing participation; it is not used to pressure a decision either partner has already made.
Getting started
What to expect
- Both partners reach out together (or one partner initiates and the other is looped in before scheduling).
- A brief consultation to understand what is bringing you to therapy and confirm fit.
- A joint intake session to map the relationship’s history and what each of you hopes to change.
- Ongoing sessions with both partners present, focused on communication and rebuilding trust.
